For example: Personally, i learn english faster when i play a game at first on german and then switch the language to english. i think the problem is, you cannot use german Ragnarok server to learn, because many NPCs aren't 100% translated or translated in their own ways of language. What they think the npc should said. An really easy way, not for everyone, i think is playing games like WoW (have no better example atm) where you can simply change the language ingame and just need to restart, would do it. Then start reading German texts and watch German movies - maybe with English subtitles at the beginning and with German subtitles once you become better. Versuche zuerst die grundlegende Grammatik und das Vokabular zu lernen.
