Few things to note: In rAthenaRoot/conf/battle/client.conf you will set, in seconds, the delay you wish to have. The default is 0. The modification works for both @main and PMing main. I've tested all ways to use main. Ensure you change the main_chat_color from default 0xFFFFFF (white) to the hexadecimal color of interest. Hope this helps!
