Request [Sprite Editor Program]

Does Anyone here can share with me Program to make Sprite ? Like Sprite Editor ..... The Link already broken since in eathena .... so perhaps someone have its and dont mind to share its with me ..... thank you

or any program that related to spriting world ......

i use SPR Conview and Graphics Gale for edit the frames of a sprite the first program you can located in Ratemyserver page and Graphic gale in google !
