How would I do this? I wanna start translating stuff but the latest luafiles are all in lub format

So um...Im using Judas' 2012-03-07 pre-made server but like...the latest lua files that ARE translated do not appear ingame like they should; Im getting the big "Battleground" button and not the navigation button; I even tried switching between the 3-7-12 lua files and the 3-28-12 lua files; it still does it
