problem with my poring sack

the problem was begin before i deleted my character and put all my items into the poring sack cart, then i make a new char and take out the poring sack cart from storage, what have seen is inside of the poring sack doesnt have items exist.. please help me fix the bug.

Cart is char bounded means if you delete the char you'll loose the items in cart. It's the same with an alchemist for example, you put items into his cart and delete him, make a new alchemist on the very same spot but the items are gone anyways.
