LK_Jointbeat infliction rate?

The Infliction rate of this skill is : Base Chance - (0.27*Target Strength) (204 STR = immune)

However, i can't find it by searching up the skill name all over the map folder..

I'll appreciate it if someone could help me search up, cause I'll have to edit the infliction rate because my server has up to 255 stats, gonna make the 204 str higher.
