You could be getting a gravity handler error if you don't have the proper palettes. I have a similar problem if I try to change jobs to the flying TKM, lol. I need more information. Therefore you get the error as soon you change jobs and that character would come into view. You probably also have that error when you try to log in to the character select screen.
