This? http://rathena.org/board/topic/58877-r15572-new-gm-commands-permissions-system/

You have to edit it in your MYSQL "Login" database itself, not in flux.

And I thought I was learning everything I needed to know. How do I edit that?

  1. Open your MYSQL,
  2. Then select your main Ragnarok database,
  3. Find "Login",
  4. Look for your account,
  5. Change "group_lvl" to "99" aka Admin level.

I understand that the @commnand system is very different between eAthena and rAthena, however, does rAthena have all the same commands in one form or another? I took the time to compare the eAthena atcommand_conf to the rAthena groups.conf. What I found was there there were a massive amount of commands that don't seem to work in rAthena. Some of them such as adjgmlvl are called something different, but only a few. So if I want to change my job class or another characters job class how do I do that now? Or change my hair color, etc... I know theres got to be a way to do all these commands, I don't think they would just get rid of them, that would be stupid. My hope is that there all more commands they don't don't list them in the groups.conf for some reason. I hope somebody can help!

you can always look at the atcommand doc file of your RAthena folder, but if somehow you still cannot find it.

Its at your trunk/doc/atcommands.txt
