Different EXP Rate for different classes

I'd like a script which makes the exp rate for first classes 20x, and for all other classes 70x.

Right now I'm currently using this script, and it works all right, but doesn't work well for parties. Only the person who does the most damage in the party get that extra 19x experience.

Perhaps if anyone could help me with a new script or edit this script so that everyone in a shared party gets that bonus 19x experience, that would be great!
