Is it possible to make it like this

hunting quest.. kill 10 poring on prt_fild01

if she/he kill on other maps except prt_fild01 it will not count.

 

this would take the freedom of playing the way players want. But thanks for the idea.

 

Status:

I know I was going to add party quests but I've stopped scripting a while ago. Only doing some C#,C++ Stuff only.

Maybe I'll add it at some time but don't expect something. If you want it, feel free to add it yourself and send me.

I'll upload it here and in the current SVN and give you credits. Otherwise you have to wait. Thanks!

Hi thanks for this script is there a way that when a specific quest is finished you cannot take that quest anymore i mean is example you finish quest#1 you cannot repeat the quest#1 you should jump on the quest#2 instead?

I think I can add this in a future update, since I am back i will find time for it. I will implement it as a option which you can activate or deactive (repeatable quests or something like that)

Updated to 1.5.4.
- Added repeatable Quests

 

I didnt test it because I have no testserver anymore.

Please feel free to check it and report if any bugs exist.

I will need someone with a testserver who can test the new feature.

I don't want to release such a big feature without testing it. Please PM me if interested :)

I didnt test it. But I think it should work.

This is a serverside problem. You have too much OnNPCKillEvents on your server. I think you can increase the limit serverside. But I dont know which file.

how to fix it

 

 

Just open src\map\map.h and edit:

 

#define MAX_EVENTQUEUE 2

 

Change the value 2 for what u need, i recommend to 16.

 

Remember recompile the server.

tr0n i found 2 bugs, in hunting misions, lets say you have to kill 20 Condor and you have around you 2 condor and 10 porings and you kill all with any area skill like bash you recive 12kills of condor for the hunting mision of conder when you only kill 2 of them. 

 

the other problem is that party support only works if all the players of the party have the same hunting quest and it should work even if not all of the party members have the quest.

i will look into the first bug. Thank you.

 

the second "bug" is not a real bug and actually a security check. Party member have to take the same quest otherwise they don't get the kill.

that's to prevent bug using.

Hi Tron, We're using your quest npc for our server, We decided to make it an individual npc. We want to make 1 quest per NPC with cooldown using your script. However, there is a problem, everytime we complete the quest, the cooldown affects all other npcs. Is there a way to make the cooldown of the quest just trigger for that certain npc? Your timer seems to affect all other npcs. Thanks in advance!
