We are willing to pay if its needed but at least its professional and neat. The theme will be like War of Emperium or Battle. The dimension of the banner must be 468 pixels (width) by 60 pixels (height). The size of the banner must be no more than 250kb. The format of the banner must be gif / Animated. Dark Color combination will impress me. Detailed Information animation would be nice. Server Info .
