Hey guys ive been revamping my patcher and made it actually work properly now but i found two problems. The main problem i have is that it is not updating the patcher with the notice.html if i change it. Basically if i rename it to like notice2.html and then repack my patcher for that change it will work just fine. If i change the notice2.html contents to say something like "test new update", it will only show the first html i had.
I can only think that my webhost is caching the html and not updating it.... When i go to the actual web page that the patcher is using, i can see the changes i made just fine yet the patcher isn't. Any help in this will be much appreciated, thanks.
+Edit After letting it take a 30 minute break it seems to be working now. I have no idea why it wasnt working at first but it is now. This topic may be closed.
