DevilEvil Posted January 16, 2012 Share Posted January 16, 2012 Being late on your deliveries doesn't mean you are a scammer, unless you guys fixed a deadline. I have several customers who have been waiting for months (some of them for years *looks at Maki* lol) to receive what they wanted. However, I recommend you pay after you get the work done if he works that way (I usually don't charge without finishing my requests, because I know I'm slow and busy). Link to comment
