Hey guys, I'm trying to edit Ragnarok.exe to support my custom icon. I made a custom icon, with a few different sizes inside. 128x128, 64x64, 32x32, and 16x16. However, when I use resource hacker and replace my icon, the game just crashes (Ragnarok.exe is not responding).

Am I only allowed to replace the current icon sets with the same sizes? I noticed that the Ragnarok icon only has one size: 32x32. Should I only make an icon with the above dimension. Is there another way to implement a more high quality icon into the .exe? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Sucks that you can't use higher resolution icons.

I'm pretty sure there was a way to use a higher resolution, but I can't think of it at this time.

So I guess you're stuck with 32x32.

What are you talking about? IIytou should make duplicates of all sizes, at least with GIMP and then save half of them as 8bpp and the other 32bpp. I'm not sure if that would make a difference. I will check with my own client that I'm working on and I'll get back to you on the results.
