I cant skill when i do @skillall as Admin all skills stay notskilled and with normal player char i cant skill too when i am leveling anybody can say me whats problem? And my 3rd class skills are all passive.... And also, what job are you testing this on? Your screenshot doesn't work, upload it somewhere else like imgur.
