Edit : I must have to make .grf then it works thanks for the loading screen builder the file you were given was a grf, you could extract it and then put it into the directory: ROdatatextureÀ¯ÀúÀÎÅÍÆäÀ̽º if not your going to have to list the grf, you were given in the data.ini in your ragnarok folder.
