1st. Can x-Ray Client be haxed/diff

2nd. Is there any new ver of it?

3rd . If there any of RagRE file in servername.grf does it affect the client?

Xray... Of course you can do hexing with it. No idea about Diffing it..

2.

Currently X-ray Clients are dead.

but as i know

@ eA someone did an xRayRE for it

are you saying is it possible for ragre to read grf, then yes it can O.o

but the no 3 question..

The RagRE lua files in grf..

but i use xray file..

both of them are in grf..

can it make error?

Xray doesn't make use of lua files last I remember.

2009-10-13 is the last dated xray. No further progress for xray will be made. I contacted the devs myself years ago...
