@command with delay..

Hello Guyz..can u help me about this? i want to add a delay to a specific @command like @go.. so that they cannot spam.. and also in item like Megaphone .. any Hint ? what should i do.. or just a little code.. Thanks n Advance

for the item delay...you can make use of the db/item_delay.txt
