[Help] Item Descriptions

The Problem:

All of my item descriptions are in some weird letter format or something. It's like if our RO characters could talk

its in the language that they speak.

What I need help with:

Getting my item descriptions back to english!!

Things I've done to try and fix:

1. Changed clients

2. Reset my data.ini to normal

3. Replaced section in item description file

4. Ate some lunch

5. Played Modern Warfare 3

you could probably diff and check use plain text details for a short temp fix
