i'm can't resize 20111122RagexeRE Client to 1280 x 768

Question

only 600 x 480 screen size can be used, although I've changed the screen size to 1280 x 768, but remains unchanged, the client is still using 600 x 480 screen size

Im on my iphone atm so i cant post more stuff here. So you do have to register at that board/post. Works for 2011-11-22...everything you need. Setup.exe is provided but a translated one i dont have but i did attach a translated jpg on that post as well.

let me know if you guys run into trouble.

Mmm very strange, I attached the only two setup that exist, the old one and the blue ghost one :(

Have you tried to manual edit the file savedataOptionInfo.lua??

OptionInfoList["WIDTH"] = 1280
OptionInfoList["HEIGHT"] = 768

Regards,

Zwei

Don't apply patch "Read Data Folder First" and set the Screen Size with Ghostring Setup and it's should be working..

2011-03-15aRagexeRE still use old setup isn't it?

@Up

Old Setup save the settings in registry,

the new one save in 'savedata' folder

None of them (old, patched and new setup) works, plus the manual edit of Optionlist.lua (and setted in readable only option), any idea?

I found the solution to the problem! :(

Without patch [Data] Read Data Folder First

Client search:

OptionInfo.lua in path:  SaveData..
OptionInfo.lub in path:  System..

With patch [Data] Read Data Folder First

Client search:

OptionInfo.lua in path:  dataSaveData..
OptionInfo.lub in path:  dataSystem..

If you apply patch [Data] Read Data Folder First, then files should be placed in the following paths:

dataSaveDataOptionInfo.lua
dataSystemOptionInfo.lub

Otherwise, files should be placed in these paths:

SaveDataOptionInfo.lua
SystemOptionInfo.lub
