Problem on Custom Items (Location)

I have been trying to add "Custom Items" on my server for the best 2 weeks, and not a single guide has worked for me.

I looked on the old boards and found some stuff, no use.

I have edited all the files necessary to be able to add the customs and still, no result. Here is an image of the old pre-server I had with the items, scripts and stuff (I have exactly the same stuff in my folders but another item, and btw, this is my old folder).

I edited the num2's with the same script of the idnum2s but with the Unidentified and the rest of that stuff.

I need help!

edit: somehow, the Gold_Bishop_Hat got erased from the idnum2s..I don't have them. i just tried adding another item with the same script as the gold bishop (except names ofc) and that didn't work either. wth and the strangest thing is WITHOUT it being in the idnum2s, it's still there...

edit again: omg even worse now i can't access the account because i accidentally put on the apple ..... =_= how to make a gm account now D:

Lol ur using txt, its under /save/account.txt, Just follow the structure, if ur in sql u go into the login table and click edit at the bottom and just add urself in, ne ways in text, there will be a certain spot of the text file that says Level, put that to 99, same with sql it will be under the level column
