Who knows if this map was restricted on being distributed to the public based on the original creator's standards. This map could have been made, requested. or even sold to a server exclusively. Many of them are not active anymore so I think it's positive to reupload some of their shared works for keep them "alive". So please modify your post with informations of the author.
