Please help me setup the Frost Joke skill to a more "realistic" FJ ... =( the FJ skill on my server appears to be so imbalance.... =(( , may I ask for help on how to reduce the effect of it please ... any help will be appreciated....

Change the (15+5*skilllv) to what you want
