Channel system using LUA's and Whisper NPC system?

I was wondering if you could possibly do this...Channel System such as:

Normal

Trade(Server)

World(Server)

Shout(Map)

LFP(LookingForParty(Server))

and be able to turn the chat that appears off using the chat box's options like in most MMORPGs

If not, I'd just like to request the whisper via NPC with the following function

When talking via the whisper your chat appears as if you used @kami and your message appeared like so:

".:PLAYERNAME:. MESSAGE GOES HERE"

for the broadcasting colors I already picked them out;

Trade

World

Shout

LFP
