How To Get Older Versions of Skill Database/Behavior?

Hello, is there a way for me to use the older versions of skills? I wanted to setup a renewal server starting at Episode ~16.1, but the problem is that the rAthena skill database is up-to-date, majority of the skills are in their updated; "broken" or "op" versions. I'd like to use the older, toned down versions of these skills, thank you.

maybe got an older rathena. but i wont recommended that. there might have some old issue that doesnt fixed yet at that time.

You'll have to read through the patch notes and undo them one by one I guess.
