I am getting back into private servers and I'm wondering if you can use the old item_db with a current version of rAthena

Is there a way to convert the txt file to yaml? or is there a good guide on how to add custom items in yaml, I have been trying for a few hours with no success. I am using a 20151104 client and a dedicated host if that helps. Thank you in advance.

In tools folder, you should find csv2yaml file for the conversion.

you can run it in your own desktop if you have rAthena compiled, or you may also run it in your hosted server. https://github.com/rathena/rathena/wiki/CSV2YAML

recompile using windows, or use your server. if linux, as stated here https://github.com/rathena/rathena/wiki/CSV2YAML you should 'make tools'.
