What is the reason of automatic @reloadmobdb happens in CMD

Dear All,

Can any expert explain or provide solution to fix this.?

I've noticed several time there is @reloadmobdb happening automatically can't pretend the perfect time but it's happening randomly sometime it's working & sometime it's crashing Map server.

I tried can't proceed after installing GDB  not much expert in this

I saw exp rate changed there. maybe u are using floating rates ?

or any other scripts that trigger around the same time with floating rates.

Yes I'm using floating rate script should I disable this?
