Classic RO server looking for more crewmembers before launch

Hello, my name is Brandon, and me and two others are in the process of opening our private RO server, ExcelRO. We are aiming for a classic, 99/50 1x1x1x server with these focus points:
No rebirth
Donations/votes are cosmetics only
Overall direction of the server voted by players and consistent interaction with "player advocate" players

We have a host and client already running, but we are working on taking the server to the proper episode and could use more staff. Preferably anyone with background on coding, or anyone who plans on helping day to day as a support GM as well. We are currently 3 and would like more.
I am a fan of RO, and I have no intention of making a profit from this server but just want to have a server I can help people call home.
