Costume Abnormal Behavior

So I noticed something while trying to add default costume garments in my server. I don't know how to explain this but this problem only occur in the Costume Garment, The costume will show when you equip it but it won't go off when you unequip the item.

nothing wrong. maybe the exe. go test with deferent exe.
