PreRE Sharp Shoot snaping to nearest 45 degree angle

Question

As title says, PreRE sharp shoot is only affecting the 45 degree angles, The target can end up not even in the available target list.

How can i fix this

Read Playtester's comment here again. The comment literally explained how the skill "snaps" to the 45 degree angle. Did you read it?

That's related to the range, i didnt demonstrat range in the video, im casting on a target and its shooting somewhere else entirely, that's not normal.
