I configured my server as github sends. And I can connect normally when the <address> of my clientinfo.xml is set to my local ip. But when I switch to ip WAN I can't connect. I have already opened and redirected ports 6900, 6121 and 5121 on the router. When I check if the ports are open, the website https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ shows that they are open.

If you are starting the client on the same PC where the server is started in the clientinfo you have to put the IP of the PC (LAN / LOCAL IP / 192.168.1.x) and not that of the router (Public IP) ...

The public ip is only for those who want to connect outside your home network
