Oracle recently Launch new services with ARM-based cloud virtual machine.

The processor is 2.8 GHz Ampere Altra 80C.

Will I be able to compile and run rAthena in a Oracle Linux system based on some Ampere Altra 80C CPU?

I don't know if it's the same thing, but I was able to compile and run a server on a Raspberry Pi 2. The Raspberry Pi 2B uses a 32-bit 900 MHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor. So my guess would be that it should work.
