Creating a new item with script effect

I created an item in the database by adding a line and filling up all the required field. Its working except the script part. Can i put multiple effect in the script part or its limited to 1?  Also when i opened the item db txt to see if my item was there it was not inside the file.

rathena are now using yml for itemdb
