Does Skill_DB.yml can read IF Condition? something like this?

How come you came to think that the file could support this when it's not in the documentation ?

I dont know LOL, I just curious about that since i take look from item_db.yml and Put "|" on Itemcost haha.
coz if i didn't use "|" this will throw error on console, but if i used it didnt give any error but not working 
i just want to know maybe have another style to use that, but i guess it not support it haha
