I would like to know how to edit the source code to alter the element table so it is like the official update:

I think you can see that in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rathena/rathena/master/db/pre-re/attr_fix.txt

Im not sure and i never touched this part since.

Except if you are playing renewal, you will want to go into your renewal folder (re) instead of the pre-re one suggested above. The file you are looking for is the attr_fix.txt one. (Folder path:   rAthena->rathena->db->re->attr_fix)
