Thor Patdher error

I have followed this guide but there is error:

 

I have followed steps 1 - 6

 

and when i run thor.exe inside Thor Patcher/Patch

 

this happens:

Your config.ini is missing you need to Embed or Pack your Thor.exe using ConfigEmbeder.exe or ThorMaker.exe

open folder Tools 

setting your patcher config.ini

click ConfigEmbeder.exe
