How to make Full Client Installer

I have running ragnarok in my local pc and I want to make it online.

Im having trouble on how to make client downlaodable by others

Help please!

You can use WinRAR to make your client like installer

Just choose the game folder, then right click and choose Add to archive 

Then in Archiving options, click Create SFX archive then click OK

Now change the file name to YourRO.exe and enjoy

Hi.

It depends on how do you want to deliver your client (ZIP file or Installer ie).

If you want to use a ZIP file, you just need to compress your patched exe, your launcher exe (I believe you have it because you mentioned patching), your System folder and your GRF file or DATA folder. Upload that file to any host you want (Mega, Google drive, etc.) share the link to your players and ask them to extract it in their game folder.

If you want to use an installer, there are plenty pieces of sw to achieve that, one of the most used (and free) is NSIS. You can setup your installer including the same files as for the zip and also upload it anywhere you want.

For the launcher and the patching process, you'll need a webhost to store your patches and web config. The most used is Thor Patcher, there are plenty of guides in the forums on how to use it.

But this is not the guide Im looking for.

Im on my way to make my server online and uploading rathena folder to the host is just easy.

What Im looking for is more on the client side, how to make it downloadble by others via zip file online and just patch after extracting.

That part is what Im missing and wanted to know.
