EDIT: Managed to figure out what my issues were, but now whenever I get into the login screen, it's still in Korean, and this is after downloading the translation files. Did I forget to do a thing?

Change your clientinfo.xml or sclientinfo.xml 

<servicetype>korea</servicetype>

INTO

<servicetype>america</servicetype>
