Maybe you have wrong folders name or something like this. Are you using GRF Editor? If yes, please, post a screenshot of the pallete folder. Spoiler Eu vi que voce é brazuka entao qlqer coisa manda uma pm q posso ajudar. Mas é bem simples, pelo jeito voce esta no caminho certo porem esta faltando acertar os arquivos. Se voce nao tem ainda a facilidade com GRF Editor, por questao de teste, tenta fazer com a pasta data mesmo e esquece o .grf.
