Cannot level up skill trans jobs

Hello sir and maam, good day,

Can anybody know what is the problem on this,? I cant level up my skill when i change job to sniper trans and even ranger?? 

When archer high yes i can level up skills but change to sniper i cant level up skill for that job,

 

I read deferrent topics related this problem but ther is no such a answer or clear answer how it solve

Spend 40 points on 1st class and (40 or 50 idk) points on 2nd class now you should able to.

Im sorry sir, what u mean? Open 40points? How do i do that sir?

I mean learn skill from Archer class and Hunter class.

I already got allot of skillpoints sir 60+ skillpoints already but still i cant level up skills, only the 2nd and 3rd job class skills, sniper and ranger trans sir, but high archer skills only i can level up

to YourROClientFolders/data

So what i need to do sir ,is to get that luafiles folder only? And paste it to my grf/data/luafiles514,  thats what u mean sir?
