Clown/Gypsy Unable to Equip Weapon

Hi All,

I seem to be having a problem with Clown/Bard and Gypsy/Dancer equipping Guitars and Whips. I've checked the item_db file and nothing on them had been editted. It says "Can't equip this item because you don't meet the requirements" when trying to equip the weapons. All requirements based are met and I'm stuck at understanding why I can't equip the items. Side note, both Clown and Gypsy can equip bows no problem.

Sorry for bumping but does anyone might have caused this? Still having this issue.

EDIT:

So I did further testing on this and I found out that the view ID (13) is causing me to not be able to equip the item. Whenever I change the item's view ID to, let's say, a dagger, it allows me to equip it. However, when changing it back to Musical Instruments (13), it doesn't allow me to equip it. Any thoughts?
