Cannot trade or create pub while my character is dead

Do you want to trade & created chat room while dead right?

I think it's restricted on src just find the code and try remove some of it.

@AshuraX We somehow don't understand what you want.. are you saying the it's a bug where you cannnot create or trade while dead. or you want to restrict a dead player from creating a pub and trades?.
