Can't apply patch

Could you help me please

I have rathena server and i never apply and update patch 

I will apply patch (ExtendedVendingSystem_1.8.1.patch) 

but i get error about working coppy. (tortoiseSVN 1.7)

Please tell me about this (Step by step)
