[@where]: modify the command so that it does not display the location of VIP

I would like to modify the command so that it does not display the location of VIP (level: 1) players or maybe create an @nowhere where you can disable seeing the player's current location with @where.

I did that and it seems to work (but not heavily tested) - doesn't show vip players when using @where on them

@Kreustoo how to make it work with the gm level of the player's account (group: 1) instead of the native vip system of the emulator? thanks for the help already.
