Def over 99 will become negetive

Need help the def over 99 will become negetive I already set the battle/player.conf still not working btw im using  pre-re

Pre-re DEF is a percentage reduction. It makes no sense to reduce something by more than 100% so def above 100 would be meaningless even if it worked.
