Is it posible to use (body style 1) jro 3rd job to 3rd job suit of trans I’m using 2018 client

Yes just use bodystyle 1 when they changed to trans.

I mean use body style 1 as the costume suit of the item instead of body style 0

Yes you can do it just use command on that item.
