How do I edit the restrictions of an item?

I'm wanting to edit the caption that appears in the item, and also edit the item restriction to put on storage.
Thank you very much in advance.

edit1:

I was able to solve the first part of the trade, at: item_trade.txt

But the description of the item still shows the restriction, where do I edit this?
