itemg_group_db Amount not working

As much as you have more than one item, always give only one.

-Make sure you've reload db or restart server.

-Make sure you do the correct folder pre-re/re, import/import-tmp, etc.

Otherwise can you made a 1 items for that group and test how it work.

The problem is not that the group does not work, but if you want to give more than one item, it does not work.
