Database for download to edit GFR

Hi Folk's,

I play on Brazillian server (Bro) and I was looking to start editing my personal GRF but I can't find a database with different skins for spells and such.

There is anywhere I can download it? For instance, I wanna change Stormgust/Curse/Dispell etc. in how they appear, to look more clean.
