WoE SE Mechanics (Stones / Guardians)

Hi guys, I would just like to ask regarding WoE Se. Has anyone here tried updating WoE Se so that stones, guardians and all barricades can only be restored by the guild leader? Right now it works on guild members. I would like to make it only -guild leader access-. Thanks in advance!

just add this in npc of barricade or guardian
